Channeling his Greek roots, he opened a family diner called the Parthenon Restaurant in Phoenix.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Arizona was our home for a short while, but it was time to reunite with our family in Chicago. In 1981, our family moved back to Chicago and Family Palace Restaurant was born. Our big, fat Greek family is so important to us and we aim to make our guests feel as if they were a part of our family. For that reason, Family Palace was opened as a place for families to come together and share a home cooked meal. Not long after Family Palace emerged, we, Harry \u2018Bob,\u2019 John, and Dimitri \u2018Jim,\u2019 took over. We believe that success comes down to four factors: delicious food, outstanding service, value, and a clean atmosphere.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span>It is easy to say, but these traits take a strong commitment to consistently achieve.
