A Family Tradition Since 1981
Emigrating from Greece in the early 70s and years of restaurant experience under his belt, our father moved our family to Phoenix, Arizona. Channeling his Greek roots, he opened a family diner called the Parthenon Restaurant in Phoenix.
Arizona was our home for a short while, but it was time to reunite with our family in Chicago. In 1981, our family moved back to Chicago and Family Palace Restaurant was born. Our big, fat Greek family is so important to us and we aim to make our guests feel as if they were a part of our family. For that reason, Family Palace was opened as a place for families to come together and share a home cooked meal. Not long after Family Palace emerged, we, Harry ‘Bob,’ John, and Dimitri ‘Jim,’ took over. We believe that success comes down to four factors: delicious food, outstanding service, value, and a clean atmosphere.
It is easy to say, but these traits take a strong commitment to consistently achieve. Being attentive to detail, respecting our employees (our greatest asset), and putting our customers first makes Family Palace a great place where our customers want to be.
A unique two in one restaurant concept under one roof. Bright, fresh, and contemporary, open from 6AM to 3PM serving breakfast and lunch. Our dinner side is open from 3PM to 9PM with a more intimate atmosphere, serving our morning menu with an expanded selection of dinner items.
Our flavorful food is prepared daily using the freshest ingredients.
